Competition Terms

• These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) set out the basis on which you can participate in the promotion entitled ‘Win 15 STATSports Arsenal FC Edition GPS Trackers’ (the “Promotion”).
• The promoter is STATSports Group Limited, company number NI641589, whose registered office is at Drumalane Mill, The Quays, Newry, Northern Ireland, BT35 8QS (the “Promoter”). For the avoidance of any doubt, The Arsenal Football Club Limited (company number 109244) (“Arsenal”) is not the administrator or promoter of this Promotion and shall have no liability in connection with it.
• The Promotion will run during the Promotion Period which starts at 9am on 19^th November 2024 (UK time) and will close at 4pm on 26^th November 2024 (UK time) or on such earlier date in the Promoter’s absolute discretion acting reasonably (the “Closing Date”).
• All Promotion entries must be received by the Promoter during the Promotion Period prior to the Closing Date.
• To enter the Promotion, entrants must visit https://pro.statsports.com/arsenal-competition (the “Website”) and complete the application form to enter the Promotion.
• No purchase is necessary and there is no charge to register for use of the Website but you will require an email address and internet access. No refund may be claimed for any expenses incurred relating to the use of an email address or internet access for the purpose of entering and participating the Promotion.
• There is a limit of one (1) entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint entries are not allowed.
• The Promoter will not accept responsibility for entries which are not received regardless of cause, for example, as a result of equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
• By submitting a Promotion entry, you are confirming that you have read and understood, and are agreeing to be bound by, these Terms and Conditions.
• This Promotion is open to all persons aged 13 and over, excluding employees of the Promoter (or any of its subsidiary companies) and Arsenal, and their immediate families.
• If you are under the age of 18, by entering into this Promotion you confirm that you have obtained the consent of your parent and/or guardian prior to entering the Promotion.
• By entering this Promotion you confirm that you are:
  • eligible to do so and are able to claim any Prize. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Promotion, including proof of age and any required consent from your parent and/or guardian; and
  • not breaching any laws in your country of residence regarding the legality of entering our Promotion. The Promoter will not be held responsible for any entrant entering into the Promotion unlawfully. If in any doubt you should immediately leave the Website and check with the relevant authorities in your country.
• The Promoter will not accept Promotion entries that are automatically generated by computer, completed by third parties, consumer groups or in bulk, incomplete or illegible.
• The Promoter reserves the right to refuse an entrant’s entry into the Promotion at its absolute discretion.
• There is one (1) prize available. The prize will consist of fifteen (15) STATSports Arsenal FC Edition GPS Trackers (“Prize”).
• The Prize will be delivered to the applicable winner’s address as provided in the Promotion entry.
• Prizes are not negotiable or transferable and are subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a prize of equal or greater value. No cash alternative shall be available in respect of any Prize.
• The Promoter may refuse to award a Prize, or seek its recovery, in the event of an entrant’s fraud, dishonesty or non-entitlement under these Terms and Conditions.
• If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, or invalidate any affected entries.
• If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform, or delay in performing, its obligations.
• To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter and its associated companies, agencies, suppliers and distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expenses or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion. Your statutory rights are not affected.
• The winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries received by the Promoter during the Promotion Period.
• The winner will be contacted by the email address provided on entry within 5 working days of each winners’ selection and will be required to respond to confirm eligibility and acceptance of the Prize, within 7 days of initial contact.
• In the event that the winner does not respond to the initial contact within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner. If a winner is disqualified, the Promoter reserves the right to award that Prize as part of a different promotion. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility to you if you are not able to take up the Prize.
• Each winner will be contacted within 28 days of acceptance of the Prize to organise delivery of the Prize. The Prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.
• The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the Promotion will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• By entering into this Promotion you consent to the Promoter publishing your surname, country or region and requested photograph (as referred to below) in the event that you win a Prize to evidence that a valid award of the Prize took place.
• All winners may be asked to provide photographs and/or pose for photographs which may be used in future and public relations by the Promoter subject to the winner’s consent in connection with the Promotion and in identifying them as a winner of the Promotion.
• Save as otherwise provided in these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter will only process your personal information in accordance with UK GDPR/applicable data protection laws as set out in our Privacy Policy.
• If any provisions of these Terms and Conditions are judged to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, this shall not affect or impact the continuation in full force and effect the remainder of these provisions.
• If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter may, at its absolute discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
• The Promoter takes no responsibility for any Prize after delivery.
• The Promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the quality/suitability of any of the goods or services offered as Prizes. Except for liability for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the Promoter, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss suffered or sustained to person or property including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission by the Promoter, or its servants or agents, in connection with the arrangement for supply, or the supply, of any goods by any person to the Prize winner(s) or in connection with any of the Promotions promoted by the Promoter.
• You irrevocably agree that the Promotion and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by Northern Ireland law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.
